1. Product and seller
This policy applies to the Afiix Affiliate Marketing Masterclass sold by Affix Marketing for the displayed price of ₹299, subject to the final amount shown at Razorpay checkout.
2. Digital content and cancellations
The masterclass is a digital educational product. Once digital content or access credentials have been provided, the seller does not offer voluntary refunds or cancellations, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
3. Access or payment problems
- If payment succeeds but access instructions do not arrive, contact care@afiix.in so the transaction can be checked and access restored or another appropriate remedy considered.
- If you believe you were charged twice or the amount is incorrect, send your transaction reference and the contact details used at checkout.
- Where a refund or remedy is legally required, the request will be handled in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider processes.
